Doing a cooking class. Then going to Civita Borgnorigio…in the clouds for a night at a B&B. I miss Chinese, Indian, Thai and MEXICAN over here. Have found all except Thai. The Margarita at the Mex. place is one of the best I’ve ever had. I can cook a hamburger and have Diet Coke here…

Not missing Texas, are you? Maybe, just maybe I would eat at a Mexican restaurant once or twice a year…. However, I do understand those home-bound flavors when you are abroad. I spent a month in the Orient once and almost died when I couldn’t find a hamburger… I mean, hamburger! American hamburger! Sorry to admit it but there are times when a hamburger and a coke just fill the NEED! Love Todi! Absolutely adore Montefalco just up the road and also Spoleto. Have you done Orvieto yet? Ciao.
